Reiki or Universal Life Energy, is a method of energy transmission originating from Japan. Developed in the early 20th century by Dr. Mikao Usui, the energy has been passed on through initiation ever since.

Transmitted through the hands of the practitioner, this universal and gentle practice allows the circulation of vital energy within the body and will offer you a profound feeling of deep relaxation, security and well-being. The practice of Reiki is not linked to religion, cult, dogma or belief systems.

Reiki and our energy

Our most precious and valuable resource is our own energy. It stands for vitality and is the main driving force!

Reiki session

The uniqueness of this particular energy finds its distinctiveness in the intelligence, precision and sensitivity to conduct itself to the parts of the body needing to be regenerated at the time of the session. It has the delicacy to instantly detect a low energy level which, over time, may lead to a certain vulnerability and will interact to restore the necessary energy quantity.

Fully dressed and comfortably reclined on the treatment table (or in sitting position), the session begins and quietness and calmness is gradually taking hold. Next, the practitioner performs by imposing hands on or above the energy centers, channels and transmits the vital energy, giving you a sense of deep relaxation.

It is important to note that Reiki is not a massage.

Reiki practitioner

Many years of severe back pains resulted in a complete loss of faith in the traditionally proposed treatments. On a friend’s recommendation I decided to book an appointment with an energetic practitioner. The sessions turned out to be a real revolution to me, slowly my back got better and the pain disappeared.
This experience and the sessions that followed have had a tremendous impact on me.I became aware that the pain had taken over my life. At the same time I also realised, and most of all understood, the importance of taking good care of my energies.
It was the seed of my vocation to a point that I decided to become an energetic practitioner myself.
I met my Reiki Master who initiated me to the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho, as well as the Integrative Shakti Reiki oriented towards sacred femininity and unconditional love. Shortly after, destiny united my path with a beautiful person teaching me the practice of the Tibetan singing bowls.
I started practicing and I still practice with passion, respecting and honoring my education, by the love of others and by a deep desire to accompany each and everyone who feels the need.
